My blog this week will be different. It’s about the Run Jack Run event and those that made it possible.
It is important that you know who said “yes” when we asked for sponsors. And the volunteers (and organizations) that helped make it a success.
First – – the Cherokee Nation sponsors the event. Working with Amy DeVore is always a pleasure. She’s organized – – helps us get organized – – and keeps excellent records and minutes.
This was the third year of the race. 250 (of the 300+ who registered) ran/walked the course.
It was so much fun to see the families and friends who were willing to start their day at 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday. Spectators are always welcome – – hint – hint.
