In the animal rescue world, there’s no gold medal that can give you bragging rights.

However, recognition from your peers ranks up there with a gold medal.

We recently attended the Animal Care Expo 2018 in Kansas City.

Our Pets for Life program won the Campsite Award – – given to a program in honor of a dog from Detroit who was one of those special cases that illustrates the heart of our work, builds on understanding, and elevates our perspective.

PAAS was honored for our patience, dedication and non-judgment necessary to make a transformative impact in a particular situation and by doing so has benefited the entire program.

We are changing the face of pet ownership in the 74301 zip code, one spay/neuter, home visit, help with food and meds at a time.

When you see a PAAS person tell them “Thanks”!

Our transport partnership with Dumb Friends League in Colorado has also caught the attention of those involved in ensuring programs are safe, humane and beneficial.

The Society of Animal Welfare Administrators is familiar with our success, as are others who want to see Oklahoma be recognized as SAFE and HUMANE for companion animals by 2025.

And it can be done!!!!

Soooo – if you live in the 74301 zip code and need help with your pets – – please call Lacee at (918) 240-7950.
